Rahim Hodge

Michael Wilsker is the current Head of Customer Experience at [OpenDrives](/org/opendrives). Prior to their current position, they were the Operations Director at [CineCert](/org/cinecert), LLC from October 2005 to August 2014. [CineCert](/org/cinecert) is an engineering R&D company that provides technology solutions to entertainment companies around the world with a focus on Digital Cinema. Michael was also previously the Director of Network Operations and Engineering at Verestar, Inc. from February 1999 to August 2002. At Verestar, they were responsible for all aspects of the Network Engineering, UNIX System Engineering, and Network Operations departments. Michael oversaw a staff of sixteen people and three managers in US and Singapore with regard to technical operations of the world-wide network.

Prior to that, they were a business, MarComms & brand consultant, including with Purplebricks PLC, where they also served as US CMO. Jonathan has also been Chief Marketing Officer at Purplebricks USA and Global CEO at H&O (Hogarth & Ogilvy).

Scot Gray is the current CTO at [OpenDrives](/org/opendrives). Prior to joining [OpenDrives](/org/opendrives), Scot was the Chief Technology Officer at Beverly Hills Wealth Management, where they deployed scalable systems for modern Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) operations. Before that, Scot spent 15 years at [Bank of America](/org/bank-of-america) as a Vice President - Enterprise Architect, during which time they designed and deployed virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) systems across the enterprise. Prior to [Bank of America](/org/bank-of-america), Scot spent 14 years at [Countrywide](/org/countrywide-plc) Home Loans as a Vice President - Enterprise Architect. During their time at [Countrywide](/org/countrywide-plc), Scot managed an international delivery team for best-in-class SaaS products for mortgage origination and servicing. Scot also architected international operations and data networking systems to expand [Countrywide](/org/countrywide-plc)'s operations from a purely domestic organization to one with offices in eight countries.

Scot Gray has received certification from Amazon Web Services in AWS Certified Solutions Architect, from [Citrix](/org/citrix-systems) in [Citrix](/org/citrix-systems) Certified Integration Architect, and from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Professional.

Marlin Prager is the CFO at [OpenDrives](/org/opendrives), a position they have held since 2017. Prior to that, they were the CFO at Legendary Entertainment from July 2005 to May 2017, where they closed bank financings of more than $3 billion along with several equity raises, including the final acquisition of Legendary by Wanda for a reported $3.5B in 2016. Marlin also led the acquisition of and investment in various media companies and implemented internal controls and enterprise wide reporting systems. From January 2003 to September 2005, they were a partner at W2 Films/Digital Cinema Ventures, where they coordinated with film auditors to handle fund compliance and was involved in the structuring of German Tax Motivated Film Structures. Marlin also founded Digital Cinema Ventures, a start-up entity dedicated to the build-out of digital projector systems at multiple theater venues. Prior to that, they were an associate at [Houlihan Lokey](/org/houlihan-lokey) from May 1997 to January 2003 and an accountant at PwC from May 1995 to May 1997.

Marlin Prager attended UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Marlin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Joe Healy is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales at [OpenDrives](/org/opendrives). Joe has over 35 years of experience in sales, including previous positions as Vice President of Sales for America at [Impinj](/org/impinj), Vice President of Sales for Central at Insight Investments, and Area Manager, Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager at EMC. Joe also spent time as a district sales manager at Isilon Systems and StorageTek. In their current role at [OpenDrives](/org/opendrives), Joe is responsible for leading the sales team and developing new business opportunities.

Izhar brings 25 years of enterprise data storage experience from companies such as Infinidat, IBM, and Dell EMC. With solutions engineering expertise as deep as his leadership, Izhar is first and foremost an innovator with a history in bringing high-quality, customer-centric products to market. Appointed as CEO in December 2022, he shares and will continue to advance OpenDrives’ ethos of collective success of our customers, partners, and team.

Izhar previously served as President of Infinidat, where he was responsible for scaling its Americas operations and oversaw strategic customer accounts for some the largest telecom and financial services .Prior to Infinidat, Izhar was instrumental in building the solutions team and technologies as Director of Global Technical Sales for XIV, a pioneer in grid-scale storage systems, which was acquired by IBM. His early career was at Dell EMC, where he was VP of Technologies and CTO of Global Services following a role as Development Director for Dell EMC’s breakthrough Symmetrix product line.

The leadership team at OpenDrives has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and finance. They have worked at companies such as Impinj, Isilon Systems, Insight Investments, EMC, and Purplebricks. They have also consulted with companies such as H&O (Hogarth & Ogilvy), Chime Group, and ZAG Entertainment. In addition to their work experience, the team is also educated, with degrees from universities such as the University of Southern California, Leeds Beckett University, and the University of California, Los Angeles.
