Edward Song

Edward Song has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Opener since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Opener from October 2019 to June 2023. Edward also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Calgary from September 2015 to August 2016, and as a Summer Research Student at the Pharmaceutical Production Research Facility in May 2014.

Edward Song completed their education in a chronological order. Edward began their academic journey in 2012 at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Edward successfully completed their undergraduate degree in 2017.

In the same year, Edward decided to further expand their knowledge and enrolled in an Open Studies program at the University of Calgary. While in this program, they explored various fields of study without committing to a specific degree.

In 2017, Edward also briefly attended Université Sainte-Anne, where they focused on studying the French language.

Edward's education continued in 2018 when they joined the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary once again for their Master of Engineering degree. Specializing in Software Engineering, they completed their studies in 2019.
