Alexandre Gross

Alexandre Gross has a diverse work experience in the scientific software and pharmaceutical industries. Alexandre currently works as an Orion Application Scientist at OpenEye Scientific Software, Inc. since November 2018. Prior to this, they served as a Contractor - Application Scientist at the same company from September 2018 to November 2018.

Before joining OpenEye Scientific Software, Inc., Alexandre worked as a Consultant at Collaborative Drug Discovery - CDD VAULT from June 2018 to August 2018.

Alexandre also has experience working at Schrödinger as a Senior Application Scientist from 2016 to 2017, and at eMolecules as a Project and Account Manager in 2015.

Alexandre held Senior Scientist positions at both Sanofi (2006-2015) and Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC (2005-2006). Prior to that, they worked as a Scientist at Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2002 to 2005, and as an Associate Scientist at Hoechst Marion Roussel Inc. from 1998 to 2002.

Alexandre Gross received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Alexandre then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry and Organic Spectroscopy at the same university, which they completed in 1997.
