Brent Jenkins has a diverse work experience in technical product management. Brent is currently working as the Principal Product Manager at OpenEye, Cadence Molecular Sciences, where they are responsible for advancing molecular design through the development of the Orion High Performance Computing (HPC) SaaS platform. Brent previously worked as a Technical Product Manager at Origami Risk, where they executed the roadmap for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) SaaS solutions.

Before that, Brent worked at Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Technical Product Manager, managing the R&D of data management, licensing, and telemetry solutions for Solid Edge CAD. Brent also worked as an Advanced Applications Engineer at Siemens PLM Software, enabling global sales and rollout of Product Data/Lifecycle Management (PDM/PLM) software integrated with Siemens Solid Edge CAD.

Prior to their roles at Siemens, Brent was the Engineering and Support Manager at SolidPartners, Inc., where they expedited the development and technical sales of PDM/PLM solutions. Brent also has experience as a Volunteer Associate Music Producer at Forêt d'Musique, where they facilitated production and project management on a music album and developed the artist's online web presence.

Throughout their career, Brent has demonstrated skills in product management, understanding product requirements, defining roadmaps, driving development, and conducting market analysis.

Brent Jenkins holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, which was completed in 2007. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2000. Additionally, they attended Tri-Valley High School for their secondary education.

In terms of certifications, Brent acquired the following: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in April 2021, Human-Centered Design Practitioner from LUMA Institute in January 2021, Rapid Developer from Mendix in July 2019, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCP) in SharePoint 2010, Configuration (667) from Microsoft in September 2012.
