Dr. Anupriya Kumar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and sectors.

Starting in 2003, Dr. Kumar worked as a Researcher at the Central Drug Research Institute in Lucknow. From there, they went on to join the Pohang University of Science and Technology as a Research Assistant and later completed their PhD. During their time at the university, they conducted studies on solvation phenomena using ab initio quantum mechanics calculations.

In 2009, Dr. Kumar joined the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore as a Postdoctoral Fellow. After that, they worked at AstraZeneca R&D as a Research Scientist and later as a Wellcome Trust Postdoc Fellow. Dr. Anupriya'swork at AstraZeneca involved designing virtual screening protocols and generating virtual libraries for whole cell screening.

In 2013, Dr. Kumar became a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute of Transformative Bio-Molecules (ITbM), Nagoya University. Here, they focused on designing novel inhibitors for Thyroid Hormone Receptor and established a virtual screening protocol for circadian rhythm modulators.

In 2016, Dr. Kumar joined the Graduate School of Medicine at Nagoya University as a Designated Assistant Professor. Dr. Anupriya'swork here involved finding novel inhibitors for beta-lactamase protein OXA-48 against antibiotic resistance.

From 2018 to 2021, Dr. Kumar worked at Schrödinger in various roles. Dr. Anupriya served as a Senior Account Manager, handling the full sales cycle and boosting sales for the digitalization of research processes in experimental laboratories. Dr. Anupriya also worked as an Associate in the Business Group, where they were responsible for account planning, forecasting, and market analysis.

In 2021, Dr. Kumar joined a startup in AI and Blockchain Applications as a Project and Product Manager. Dr. Anupriya'srole involved managing projects and products within the company.

Currently, since 2022, Dr. Kumar is working as a Scientific Account Manager at OpenEye and Cadence Molecular Sciences.

Dr. Anupriya Kumar has a diverse education history.
