Shweta Yavagal

Shweta Yavagal has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Shweta began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Accounting firms in 2007. In 2010, they moved to PNC and Willow Financial as a Banker. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at BNG Consulting, Inc., where they wrote and managed test protocols in Quality Center and executed test plans for releases. Shweta then moved to Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company as a Quality Assurance Consultant, where they were responsible for user acceptance testing, regression, feature and system testing, and assisting automation testing. Currently, they are a Quality Assurance Engineer at OpenForge.

Shweta Yavagal has obtained a variety of educational qualifications over the years. Shweta completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Applications from Karnataka University in India. Shweta then went on to pursue a Masters/Post Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis in Pune, India. In 2010-2011, they attended Villanova University to study Software Testing and Quality Assurance. In 2013, they obtained a Master Certificate in Software Testing from Villanova University. In 2014, they were awarded the Certified Software Tester from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2020, they obtained a range of certifications from Coursera, including Modern Big Data Analysis with SQL, Analyzing Big Data with SQL and Foundations for Big Data Analysis with SQL. Shweta also obtained the [PCEP-30-01] PCEP – Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from the Python Institute in May 2020.
