Joshua Adams

Mr. Adams is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office as a Partner where he is responsible for all aspects of deal origination processes including identifying, originating, and qualifying new investment opportunities. Mr. Adams joined OpenGate in 2012 and is a member of the Investment and Portfolio Committee.

Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Adams was a Vice President at Platinum Equity, leading the firm’s European business development team out of London. Prior to Platinum, he was a Corporate Finance Executive at Mazars LLP where he was trained and certified as an ACCA accountant.

Mr. Adams is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
