Allen Rosenbaum's work experience begins in 2005 as a Barista at Starbucks, where they work until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they serve as a Head Swim Coach and Water Safety Instructor at the YMCA of San Diego County. In 2011, they become a Program Coordinator at Feeding America San Diego, and from 2012 to 2013, they are an Events Committee Member at Mama's Kitchen. Allen then joins ACTIVE Network, LLC in 2013 as a Technical Analyst and later transitions to an Account Manager role from 2014 to 2018. In 2014, they also take on the role of a Tour Guide at BrewHop until 2020. In 2017, they become the Head Swim Coach at La Jolla YMCA until the present. In 2018, they start working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Chatmeter, where they stay until 2022 when they join OpenGov Inc. as a Customer Success Manager.

Allen Rosenbaum attended Point Loma Nazarene University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Managerial Organizational Communications with a focus on Public Relations. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly attended the University of Vienna for Foreign Language and Cultural Studies, where they gained a basic understanding of German and Austrian culture.
