Michael Starr currently serves as Field Enablement Manager at OpenGov Inc. since November 2025. Previously, as Director of Sales Training and Enablement at Definitive Healthcare, significant strategic initiatives were successfully led to enhance the sales organization, including planning a dynamic annual Sales Kickoff event. At Leyton, Michael spearheaded a comprehensive training program for a newly established US operation, significantly improving onboarding and continuous learning.
