Naja Richburg

Naja Richburg's work experience includes serving as a BI and Marketing Analytics Manager at OpenGov Inc. since February 2021. In this role, they lead a team of Senior BI analysts and is responsible for providing competitive intelligence and actionable insights to marketing and sales teams. Naja also oversees the design, development, and implementation of organizational reporting and analytics.

Prior to their role at OpenGov Inc., Naja worked at Compass Group from August 2017 to December 2019. During their time there, they served as a Payroll Specialist and later as a Senior Labor Implementation Manager.

Naja also worked as a Financial Analyst at Foundation For The Carolinas from May 2018 to April 2019. In this role, they prepared and distributed weekly reports, created PowerPoint presentations to portray financial data, and interpreted various levels of financial data to report on projects and initiatives.

Before that, Naja was a Supervising Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company from August 2017 to January 2019. In this position, they trained and developed new agents, redeveloped and led the training program for all new representatives, secured competitor business, coordinated the full sales lifecycle, and established profitable partnerships to grow the corporate account base.

Naja Richburg attended East Carolina University from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
