Will Zhang

Will Zhang has a diverse work experience highlighted by their current role as Co-Founder and CEO of OpenHouse.ai since 2018. Previously, they served as a Residential Neighborhood Development Council Member at Urban Land Institute starting in 2023. Will was also an Associate Member at The A100 from 2021 onwards. Additionally, Will co-founded Google Developer Group (GDG) Cloud Edmonton in 2019 and worked as VP of Engineering at chata.ai from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they were the Head of Software Architecture, Rigsite Products at Pason Systems from 2013 to 2017 and a Software Architect at Shaw Communications from 2009 to 2013. Will has also held various roles at IBM, Allianz Asset Management, and Capgemini.

Will Zhang has a diverse education history. Will pursued a Master of Science in Business Analytics at NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering at Université Grenoble Alpes. However, they did not complete their Master of Science (MS) in Distributed Systems and Applications at Pierre and Marie Curie University. Additionally, Will Zhang obtained a Diplôme de langue et civilisation françaises from Université Paris-Sorbonne and an Executive Education in Marketing Analytics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

In addition to their formal education, Will Zhang has obtained several certifications. Will completed a Business Foundations course at Wharton Online in September 2015. Will also completed online courses in Machine Learning from Stanford University, Big Data with Apache Spark, and Scalable Machine Learning from UC Berkeley in August and July 2015, respectively. Furthermore, they hold a CSIA Ski Instructor Level 1 certification from the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance / Alliance des moniteurs de ski du Canada, obtained in December 2012. Will Zhang is also certified in the TOGAF 9 Enterprise Architecture Framework, which they obtained from The Open Group in August 2012.
