Founded and led by Romina Nicolosi, Opening Doors has been managing vacation and mid-term rentals in Barcelona and El Maresme for over 14 years.

From day one, Romina has held a clear conviction: property management is not only about maximizing income, but also about taking care of the investment and the peace of mind of each owner.

Under her leadership, Opening Doors has built a reputation based on three core pillars:
- Professional and transparent management: attention to every detail with clarity and trust.
- Closeness and personalized service: every owner and every guest matter.
- Proven results: sustained profitability and memorable experiences.

Thanks to her strategic vision, Romina has built a team that combines professionalism, empathy, and local expertise, making Opening Doors a synonym for trust in the sector.
