Don Cape

Don Cape is an experienced professional in regulatory compliance and community service, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Compliance at DC Associates Inc since October 2014. In this role, Don supports small to midsize private entities in understanding legal developments affecting their businesses. Concurrently, Don has been the Executive Director of Opening Doors, Inc. since June 2005, overseeing programs that assist individuals and families with post-incarceration re-entry. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at GeniusHR Process Management Solutions, Financial Education Program Manager at Rural Dynamics Inc, and President of CFS Inc., a financial services company. Don holds a Juris Doctor from Purdue Global Law School, a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Providence, an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Truckee Meadows Community College, and certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation.
