Bennie Dean Britt brings extensive experience in process improvement and talent development, currently serving as Senior Process Improvement Manager and previously as Manager of Talent Growth & Development at OPENLANE since November 2020. Prior to this, Bennie Dean held various leadership positions at NextGear Capital, including Director of Titles Shared Services Center from November 2015 to October 2020. Bennie Dean's career began at Manheim in January 1998, where roles included Director of Client Operations Support, Director of Operations Support, Director of Logistic Alliance, and several management positions in transportation and operations. Bennie Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on International Business from the University of Phoenix.
