Dave Palmer

Dave Palmer is an Information Technology Manager at OPENLANE since October 2021, bringing extensive experience from KAR Auction Services, Inc., where Dave has held multiple roles since July 2008, including IT Shared Services Manager - Endpoint, Manager - Telecom, Team Lead - Telecom Operations, and Project Manager for Technology Services.
