Jen Weinmann has over a decade of experience in various roles within human resources. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Human Resources at OPENLANE, where they lead a team and collaborates with executives to drive talent initiatives and support the company's digital transformation. Prior to OPENLANE, they worked as an Associate Faculty at IUPUI and held executive-level positions at Indiana University Health and Toptal. Jen also gained experience in talent acquisition and training at AgileOne and Angie's List, respectively. Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated expertise in change management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
Jen Weinmann has a Master's degree in Adult Education - Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Jen also has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, completed from 2004 to 2008.
