Jessica Walker

Jessica Walker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jessica started their career at Cevus Financial in 2005 as an Intermediate Underwriter. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Business Analyst at Paradigm Quest. Jessica then joined Filogix in 2008 as a Product Analyst, where they supported the development team in generating technical requirements and product documentation. In 2010, Jessica joined The Marketing Store as a Business Analyst, where they assessed the impact of current business processes and implemented changes based on customer feedback. Jessica joined OPENLANE in 2012 as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst and later transitioned to Senior Product Manager, overseeing various product development teams and OEM partners. Jessica'smost recent role at OPENLANE was Director of Product Management, where they transformed business strategies into product plans and optimized products to improve customer experience and support financial strategies.

Jessica Walker has a certificate in Business Analyst from the University of Toronto. Jessica also has a high school diploma from High School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management with a major in Finance from Ryerson University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager and as a SAFe® 4 Certified Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
