Pauly Epifanio has extensive experience in management and customer service within various industries, primarily focusing on the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Manager at RG Express Towing Inc. since February 2022, Pauly also holds dual roles at ADESA as a Mechanic Shop Supervisor and Arbitration Manager, overseeing mechanic operations and resolution of vehicle-related disputes. Previous roles include Office Manager at Copart from October 2014 to March 2020, where responsibilities included staff training and managing vehicle dispatch, and Internet Financing Manager/Corporate Manager at Express Cash Mart from August 2010 to September 2014, specializing in consumer loans.
