Ruth Osten

Ruth Osten is an experienced Training and Development Manager currently leading the Sales and CX groups at OPENLANE since November 2019. In this role, Ruth manages a team of trainers, conducts new hire and on-demand training, and develops comprehensive training resources. Prior to OPENLANE, Ruth served as the Regional Sales Coach and Trainer at Peninsula Canada, focusing on outside sales coaching across multiple provinces. Ruth's previous experience includes roles as Sales Training Manager at MultiView, Corporate Trainer at SPP Marketing Services Inc., and Corporate Sales Trainer at Guardian Angel Marketing Ent. Ruth has a strong background in sales training and promotions, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from York University and a Real Estate License.
