Walfre Ruiz

Walfre Ruiz has over 30 years of experience in various leadership and technical roles. Walfre started their career at Banamex and held positions such as Gerente Banca Empresarial and Analista de Crédito Banca Corporativa. Walfre then moved on to Optima Technology as a Sr. Consultant, where they focused on business development in the electronic payment industry. Ruiz later joined AN GLOBAL as Director Pre-venta, Estrategia ADM, Arquitectura Empresarial, where they were responsible for developing technical and economic proposals for strategic planning projects in the financial sector. Since 2017, Ruiz has been working at OpenLegacy as the VP of Customer Success Latam, overseeing client support, delivery of services, and the development of API and Microservices strategies. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture and technology transformation.

Walfre Ruiz attended IPADE Business School from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a medex degree in Direccion de empresas. Prior to that, they studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1982 to 1987, earning a degree in IIS with a field of study in Desarrollo de Soluciones Tecnológicas para el Sector Financiero.
