Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Programmer at Taldor Computers and as a Software Engineer for the Ministry of Defense from 1999 to 2006. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Land of Israel Studies from Bar-Ilan University, completed between 2003 and 2007, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University, obtained from 1989 to 1992.
