Scott Heldt

Scott Heldt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Scott is currently the Director of Customer Success & Implementation at OpenLoop. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Implementation, Manager of Implementation, Senior Implementation Manager, and Implementation Manager at the same company. Before their time at OpenLoop, Scott was the Owner of Emerge Consulting, where they provided consulting services focusing on user-experience solutions. Scott also worked as a Project Manager in Strategy & Business Development at UnityPoint Health and as a Business Development - Project Manager at Happy Medium. Scott has experience in non-profit organizations, serving as the Director of Business Operations at Iowa Safe Schools and as the Business and Community Engagement Director at The Y (YMCA). Scott has also been involved in politics, working as a Candidate and Legislative Assistant at the Iowa Legislature and as a Community Organizer for the Iowa Democratic Party. Scott's earlier career includes roles such as Director at Donor Development Strategies and Associate Director BASP at the City of North Liberty.

Scott Heldt earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management from the University of Iowa in 2012. Scott also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ethics and Public Policy from the same institution, which they pursued from 2008 to 2013. Scott completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Drake University in 2017. Scott attended Perry High School from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Scott holds certifications in Inbound Sales from HubSpot and Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa. Scott also has CPR/First Aid certification from the Red Cross.
