Craig Klepper

Craig Klepper has held various roles in the technology industry since 1997. Craig began their career as a Telecom Administrator at Xtrasource in 1997. In 2001, they moved to GC Services Limited Partnership as a Support Engineer. Craig then joined Virtual Hold Technology (VHT) in 2002, where they served as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Team Lead, and Support, and Installation and Support Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at OpenMethods since 2018, where they are currently the Director of Implementations and a Senior CTI Solution Engineer.

Craig Klepper attended Kent State University from 1995 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology.
