Erin Casto

Erin Casto has worked in various roles since 2011. Erin began their career at FedEx Custom Critical as an In Flight Specialist, where they created training manuals and researched shipping vendors for containerized solutions. From 2013-2014, they worked at Avaya Government Solutions as a QA Analyst, where they worked closely with a team of analysts, developers, and court personnel to identify requirements, create and edit design documentation, facilitate peer reviews, and test and resolve issues. In 2014, they moved to Camber Corporation as a QA Analyst/Technical Writer. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Tutor, Student Teacher at Oakdale High School, and Product Marketing Manager at VHT. In 2022, they began working as a Product Marketing Manager at OpenMethods.

Erin Casto earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Kent State University between 2005 and 2010. Erin then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University, which they completed in 2015.
