Phil Seiberling, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management, solutions architecture, and installation and support engineering. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a PC Administration for Fifth Third Bank, where they were responsible for maintaining all PC, Printer, and Network equipment for all branch banks in Northeast Ohio, as well as configuring station and voice mail on Avaya PBX for Cleveland Main Office personnel. From 2000 to 2013, they worked at Virtual Hold Technology (VHT) in various roles, including Senior Project Manager, Manager of Integration Engineering, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, and Business Applications Engineer. During their time at VHT, they introduced and grew the processes and procedures of the Solutions Architect department, resulting in a 30% decrease in integration timeframes worldwide. Phil also successfully managed over 50 customer accounts and farmed the accounts for additional revenue opportunities. In 2018, Phil joined OpenMethods as a Senior Project Manager, where they are responsible for the creation and execution of project plans for both internal and external facing projects, as well as coordinating all employee activities across the project teams to support the installations.

Phil Seiberling, PMP attended Tiffin University from 1995 to 1996, studying Computer Information Systems. Phil then attended Kent State University from 1997 to 1999, earning a degree in Business Admin with a focus in Computer Information Systems. In October 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
