Katerina Bika is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing and facilitating innovative solutions across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Openmind since July 2021, Katerina specializes in creating exceptional event spaces that encourage collaborative thinking and creativity. In addition, Katerina has been a Facilitator and Innovation Researcher at eeVee since March 2017, focusing on collective intelligence and engagement. Previous roles include Client Solutions at SEPAGE, Station Assistant at Radar Radio, and Development Manager at Reload Greece, where Katerina successfully secured sponsorships. With a solid academic background that includes a Master of Science in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management from Imperial College Business School, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the National Technical University of Athens, Katerina combines technical expertise with innovative thinking.
