Karen Lyons

Karen Lyons has extensive work experience in the technology and telecoms industry. Karen is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Openmind Networks, where they are responsible for delivering messaging software and services to global customers. Prior to this, Karen served as the Director of Field Services at Schneider Electric, leading a team of managers and employees in providing energy management services. Karen also held various roles at Ericsson, including Head of Network Services and Head of Strategy for the Network & Managed Services division. Karen's experience at Ericsson also includes roles in service delivery, program management, and training. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on improving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Karen Lyons completed a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. Karen attended the college from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their degree, Karen obtained a certification as a PMP Certified from the Project Management Institute in January 2018.
