Valentina Novara

Valentina Novara has over 17 years of work experience. Valentina started their career in 2004 as a Service Manager at Wall Street Institute Ferrara. In 2006, they moved to BT and worked as a Noetica Administrator, responsible for maintaining and sharing a unique CRM across the sales teams. In 2009, Valentina took on the role of Sales Operations Specialist at BT, where they managed the payment process for company partners and served as a contact point for sales queries. Valentina also worked as a Continuous Improvement Specialist, collaborating with management to execute business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Valentina then transitioned to the role of Business Reporting Manager and Salesforce Administrator, where they developed and administered Salesforce for BT Sales ROI, implemented sales processes, and compiled sales reporting. In 2023, they joined Openmind Networks as a Sales Operations Manager.

Valentina Novara pursued their education starting from 1996 to 2003 at Universita' degli Studi di Ferrara - Giurisprudenza, where they obtained a degree in Law. In 2018, they attended Trigraph and completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, although the field of study is not mentioned. Later, from 2019 to 2020, Valentina enrolled at Code Institute and earned a Diploma in Software Development with a specialization in Full Stack Web Development.
