Wasim Anwer

Wasim Anwer has a diverse work experience in the field of sales, business development, and telecommunications. Wasim started their career as a Professional Services Consultant at CMG Wireless Data Solutions in the Netherlands in 2000. Wasim then worked as a Mobile Internet Global Market Development specialist at LogicaCMG Wireless Networks in the Netherlands from 2001 to 2004. After that, they worked as the Wireless Products and Solutions Sales and Business Development manager at LogicaCMG Telecoms in Dubai from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, Anwer joined Intracom Middle East as a Wireless infrastructure and OSS/BSS Business Development manager, responsible for key account management, identifying opportunities in WiMAX and IPTV, recruiting agencies and partners, managing the bid process, and negotiating contracts. Wasim worked there until 2008.

Wasim then joined Mobility FZ LLC in 2008 as part of their business development team. In 2010, they moved to one2many as the APAC Sales Director, a role they held until 2017. Lastly, they joined Openmind Networks in 2017 as the APAC Sales Manager.

Throughout their career, Anwer has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and telecommunications, with a strong focus on the APAC region.

Wasim Anwer completed the Wireless Service Broker practical track (Pass) at CMG Wireless Data Solutions in the year 2001. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Business Information Systems at the University of West London. In addition, they studied CCNA at Global Knowledge in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands starting in 2001. The end year for this CCNA program is not specified.
