Teodor Daniel Milea

Teodor Daniel Milea is a software engineer with a diverse background in technology and research. Currently employed at OpenMined since September 2021, Teodor previously worked as a Python Backend Engineer at Unicorn IT Services and as a Research Engineer at CRC MINES ParisTech. Earlier experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Intern at Ixia, where an algorithm was developed to predict Mean Opinion Score and Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality for VoIP and VoLTE calls. Teodor holds a Master's degree in Complex Network Security from Universitatea Politehnica din București, completing this program in June 2022, and has a prior degree from the same university in the field of Automatică și Calculatoare, obtained in 2020.
