Lydia Grancharova

Lydia Grancharova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lydia began their career in 2015 as a Stand Assistant at the Education UK Exhibition with the British Council. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at GVC Group and simultaneously volunteered as a Translator at ILAC - International Legal Advice Center. In 2019, they joined Pontica Solutions and held various roles, including Customer Service Specialist, Operations Associate, and Compliance Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they joined OpenPayd as a Corporate Review Analyst. Lydia's experience includes customer service, operations, compliance, and volunteering as a translator.

Lydia Grancharova completed their education with a Master's Degree in Communication: Language, Literature, and Mass Media from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, which they pursued between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in British and American Studies from the same university, from 2010 to 2014. Lydia'shigh school education took place at the 54th Secondary School "St. Ivan Rilski" between 2006 and 2010, where they focused on English Language and IT. In addition to their formal education, Lydia also obtained certifications in Virtual Currency and Blockchain from ACAMS in June 2022, as well as certifications in Content Marketing: Social Media and Marketing on Instagram from LinkedIn in March 2019.
