Romielyn Baladjay

Romielyn Baladjay has been working in customer support for over ten years. Romielyn started their career as an English tutor before moving into customer support for Concentrix. Romielyn then worked as a customer support advocate for Thumbtack and Keeva Organics. In their current role as a customer support specialist at OpenPhone, they provide remote computer support to customers.

Romielyn Baladjay has an associate's degree in diploma in computer and electronics technology from STI College.
