Terrance Kwok

Product Manager at OpenPhone

Terrance Kwok is a product manager who has worked with various startups and established companies. Terrance started their career as an intern at KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms. Terrance then went on to work as a staff accountant at KPMG for two years before moving on to Velocity, a startup incubator. At Velocity, they worked on an innovative social platform for university career planning called Flow. Terrance was responsible for user acquisition and developed a strategy that resulted in 2500 active users within the first 2 months of operations.

Flow was selected as one of Waterloo's top startups and Terrance pitched the company to a panel of venture capitalists and an audience of over 150 people at the Velocity Fund Finals. After Velocity, they worked as a product manager at Vidyard, a video software company, for eight years. Terrance then moved on to Chili Piper, a software company that provides sales intelligence and automation tools, and then to HyperComply, a compliance software company. Terrance is currently a product manager at OpenPhone.

Terrance Kwok has a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo. Their field is accounting and finance.
