Sophie Schmidt's work experience begins in 2016 as a Research Assistant at the University of Stirling, where they worked on a study investigating the effects of divided attention on different types of memory. In 2018, they continued their work at the university as a Teaching Assistant, leading practical classes for Psychology students on research methods.

In 2018, Sophie also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Energon, where they connected with Tech-Specialists in Berlin and matched them with job opportunities in Product and Project Management. Sophie demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills in this role.

Moving on to 2019, Sophie took on the role of Researcher in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge. Sophie worked in this position until 2020, focusing on cognitive neuroscience research.

In 2020, Sophie joined Switchcraft as a Customer Operations Specialist, where they improved customer ratings and quickly moved up to the role of Growth Manager. In this role, they took on various responsibilities including marketing, sales, account management, analysis, and accounting. Sophie independently learned and adapted to rapid changes in this small start-up environment.

Currently, Sophie is working as a Junior Product Manager at OpenPlay, starting in 2022.

Sophie Schmidt's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from UCL in 2018-2019.
