Alyssa Hewitt has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Alyssa is currently the Director of Customer Success at Openprise, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to Coveo, Alyssa held the position of CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist at NIP Group, Inc. from July 2010 to September 2013. In this role, they executed outbound marketing campaigns, managed data projects, and documented processes related to CRM and marketing automation systems. Alyssa effectively collaborated with marketing team members, sales, technical departments, and group management to ensure the success of campaigns.

Alyssa's earliest work experience was as a Writing Intern at the Hudson River Valley Institute in January 2010. This internship provided their with valuable writing experience.

Throughout their career, Alyssa has gained expertise in customer success management, data solutions architecture, revenue engineering, marketing automation, lead generation, and project execution. Their work experience demonstrates their ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and deliver measurable results.

Alyssa Hewitt obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on History, Biology, and Psychology from Marist College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Management Consulting Institute Level 1 Certification in September 2016, Marketo Certified Solutions Architect in May 2016, Marketo Certified Foundation Instructor in February 2015, and Marketo Certified Expert in October 2014.
