Anna Forster

Anna Forster has a diverse work experience across various industries. Anna is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Sustainability Nerd at The Purpose Agents, where they advise on sustainability strategies and implementation for retail and e-commerce businesses. Additionally, they serve as a Mentor at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Anna is also the Co-Founder and Director of the Australia Chapter at Leaders for Climate Action, a global initiative to fight the climate crisis. Prior to these roles, Anna supported the setup of operations and systems at SPRIND - Bundesagentur für Sprunginnovationen, a German innovation agency. Anna also founded AJF Sustainability Advisory, where they helped businesses integrate sustainability into their strategies. Anna has extensive experience in e-commerce, having worked as the General Manager of Operations and Supply Chain at Lux Group, and as the Head of Operations and Supply Chain at Australia Post. Anna has also been involved in industry initiatives, such as the Customer Advisory Group at Australia Post and as a member of the NORA Supply Chain Chapter at NORA Network. Earlier in their career, Anna held roles in business development at Rocket Internet SE and as an Associate Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where they worked on projects for global players in the insurance industry.

Anna Forster completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and English Studies from the University of Mannheim, spanning from 2005 to 2011. In 2020, they briefly pursued a program at the University of Cambridge's Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership, focusing on Business Sustainability Management.
