Tori Scharadin currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success at Opensense, where responsibilities include training and empowering team members, managing customer product consumption and metrics, and developing programs to enhance customer outcomes. With a progression from Customer Success Associate to Manager, Tori has extensive experience in customer engagement, account management, and onboarding, complemented by leadership roles mentoring team members. Prior roles include Lead Brand Ambassador for a contractor, International Trade Assistant at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Demand Planning Analyst Intern at Southwest Gas Corporation, and various positions at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where Tori contributed significantly to student engagement and research initiatives. Tori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UNLV Lee Business School and an Associate’s degree in Economics from the College of Southern Nevada.
