James Richman is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leadership and creative direction across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Design Manager at OpenSesame since August 2021, James leads a team of designers and researchers, driving the design strategy from concept to delivery. Previously, as Creative Director at FloQast from August 2016 to May 2021, James guided brand strategy and managed a multidisciplinary team, while also contributing to product discovery and user experience for a rapidly growing fintech app. James's earlier roles include Design Lead at The Walt Disney Studios and the Los Angeles Times, where impactful visual design initiatives greatly enhanced user engagement. With a comprehensive background in UX/UI design and team mentorship, James Richman has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering creativity and delivering high-quality outcomes in every project.
