Sarah Boulot

Sarah Boulot is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in customer success and product development. Currently serving as Product Manager II at OpenSesame since November 2019, Sarah has successfully led the development and launch of a new product line, achieving significant increases in sales performance and profitability. Previous roles include managing a portfolio of customers at OpenSesame, where Sarah excelled in driving customer success and achieving high retention and upsell metrics. Earlier in career, experiences at Learning.com and Smarsh focused on implementing customer-centric strategies and enhancing client relationships. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an ESOL endorsement from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies - Elementary Education from Portland State University.
