Eduardo Fortún Santana

Eduardo Fortún Santana has a solid work experience in the field of information technology. In 2011, they worked as an IT Helpdesk and Coordinator for the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports, where they supervised the migration of the Windows 7 operating system and managed a CUCM platform with over 4000 users. Eduardo also worked as a Designer, responsible for designing and layout courses for e-Learning platforms. From 2016 to 2018, Eduardo worked as a Service Desk Technician at Retis-Spain, where they provided IT support to users, managed networks and systems, and handled mobile phone services. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Applications Administrator at PSA Group. Currently, they work at OpenSistemas as a System Administrator and Cloud Developer, starting in 2021.

From 2007 to 2010, Eduardo Fortún Santana attended the Instituto Politécnico de Informática Raúl Cepero Bonilla, where they obtained a degree as a "Bachiller Técnico en Informática" with a focus on "Ciencia y tecnología."
