Ignacio Barbosa Trueba

Ignacio Barbosa Trueba has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ignacio began their career as an Account Executive at PDM in 1997 before joining Atos as a Project Manager and Business Consultant in 1998. At Atos, they gained experience in project management, strategic planning, and risk and change management until 2006.

In 2007, Ignacio became a Franchise Owner and General Manager at Vitaldent, where they were responsible for launching and managing a new dental clinic. Ignacio focused on staffing, refurbishment, and implementing local marketing campaigns to drive business growth and improve customer service. Ignacio remained in this role until 2009.

From 2010 to 2017, Ignacio worked as a Franchise Owner and General Manager at Grupo Restalia's 100 Montaditos. Ignacio successfully launched a new restaurant in Madrid, handling tasks such as location selection, refurbishment, and staff recruitment. Ignacio later acquired a second restaurant and oversaw its management.

In 2017, Ignacio took on the role of Entrepreneur and General Manager at Metodos Fenomeno, where they focused on business development, recruiting, and daily operations management of two training centers. Ignacio led and developed a team of 11 employees until 2019.

Currently, Ignacio is a Project Management Officer at Open Sistemas. In this role, they have global program management responsibility for strategic IT projects at enterprise European customers. Ignacio has defined and implemented a new project governance model and leads programs mainly in the finance sector, focusing on cost optimization, profitability, customer engagement, and best practices implementation.

Ignacio Barbosa Trueba completed their education at two institutions. From 1982 to 1989, they attended Colegio Nuestra Sra. del Pilar in Madrid, where they completed their Bachillerato degree. Following this, from 1992 to 1997, Ignacio studied at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they obtained a Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas degree in the field of Economics.
