José started their career as a Project Assistant at Universidad ESAN in August 2016, where they contributed to the coordination of project meetings and collaborated in the construction of SQL queries and API services. In April 2017, they became a Junior Software Engineer at the same company, focusing on the development of the new job board and improving coordination of meetings.

In 2018, José joined Avances Tecnológicos S.R.L. as a Software Engineer. Here, they developed a project that automated the tracking of packages and products, resulting in an 80% reduction in search time and minimizing human error. José also implemented a system that synchronized 90% of the data, collecting information even without internet connection and sending it to the cloud when a signal was detected.

In 2021, José joined Heritae as a Software Engineer and technology project leader. José successfully led two projects using SCRUM methodology, achieving a 30% decrease in data collection time in the commercial area by developing a task project based on Airflow.
