Tereza Manukian

Tereza Manukian has worked as a Data Science Engineer at OpenSlate since October 2018. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Viacom from February 2017 to September 2018, where they built an optimization data model and implemented an anomaly detection system. From September 2014 to January 2016, they were a Research Associate at the Machine Learning and Problem Solving Lab, where they assisted in implementing an intelligent robot navigation system and developed their own hallway identification algorithm. In 2015, they worked as a Course Instructor at CUNY Research Foundation, instructing an introductory computer science class and collaborating on curriculum improvement. Tereza also worked as a Research Assistant at The Institute for Computer Simulation, Stochastic Modeling and Optimization from May 2014 to December 2014, where they implemented a virtual model of a public bicycle share program and collaborated on coding and mathematical methods.

Tereza Manukian pursued their undergraduate education at Hunter College from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they completed a Bachelor's degree in both Computer Science and Mathematics, as well as in Economics. Subsequently, Tereza attended New York University, where they obtained a Master's degree.
