Ricardo Caetano

Ricardo Caetano's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Ricardo started their career at INESC as a Software Engineer in 1996 before moving on to SIBS as a Senior Developer in 1997. In 2002, they joined SIBS Processos as a Software Engineer before transitioning to Opensoft in 2003, where they have held multiple roles including Project Manager, CTO, and currently, Project Director.

Ricardo Caetano's education history is as follows:

- From 1990 to 1995, Ricardo attended IST - Instituto Superior Técnico - Lisboa, where they obtained a Licenciatura in Engenharia Electrotécnica e de Computadores.

- In 2003 and 2004, they pursued a Pós Graduação in Programa Avançado de Gestão e Avaliação de Projectos at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

- In 2008, Ricardo attended Nova Fórum - Instituto de Formação de Executivos da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where they completed a Frequencia in Programa de Negociação.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ricardo has obtained several certifications:

- In June 2023, they became IPMA Certified - Level D through IPMA: International Project Management Association.

- In September 2019, they completed the Executive Innovation Program in GSI - Global Strategic Innovation, offered by LBC.

- In April 2014, Ricardo received the certification for completing the course "A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" from Coursera.

- In May 2013, they obtained a certification in "Introduction to Databases," also from Coursera.

- In August 2010, Ricardo obtained the ITIL V3 Certification from ITIL.
