John Woodell has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as President & COO at OpenSource Connections since January 2016. John also served as the Director of Strategy from June 2013 to December 2015, where they focused on building the corporate infrastructure and exploring business opportunities.
Prior to that, John worked at SRA International as a Principal from February 2010 to April 2013, where they assisted in the post-acquisition transition of Perrin Quarles Associates to SRA and managed various projects and programs.
Before SRA International, John worked at Perrin Quarles Associates as a Senior Manager from June 2009 to January 2010 and as a Project Manager from September 2005 to June 2009.
John's earlier experience includes working as a Database Administrator at SAIC from 2003 to 2005, and as an Oracle Oracle at Wallace Marx & Associates from January 1998 to August 2001.
John Woodell attended North Carolina School of Science & Mathematics from 1989 to 1991, where they received a diploma. John then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at North Carolina State University from 1991 to 1995. While at North Carolina State University, John studied Environmental Science and also pursued multi-disciplinary studies in Humanities.
