Vanessa manages legal matters for the firm and its investments and advising their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining, she was at an international law firm, where she advised on a range of corporate matters with a focus on venture capital and private equity, cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint venture matters.
She holds a LLB, Law from the National University of Singapore.
