Our whole team is only 40 people, but super impressive across the board with the subject matter expertise to succeed.

đź’Ľ Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to be responsible for developing and executing email, SMS, chatbot, content syndication campaigns throughout the seller lifecycle.

As a part of the Sourcing team, you’ll get to showcase your expertise in developing strategies and executing tactics that deliver the right message at the right time while continuously improving OpenStore’s marketing capabilities. We will invest in your development and do everything we can to make sure this is one of your best professional experiences.

đź’Ą What We Need Your Help With:

You’ll build email campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop an integrated email strategy specifically designed to target new customers, current customers, and re-engage past customers

You’ll manage email campaigns. You’ll monitor email campaign performance and identify opportunities to make campaigns more effective. This includes designing regular A/B tests that drive impactful learnings.

You understand the customer lifecycle. You understand email marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement, and the customer journey

You’ll stay up to date. You’ll continuously research, identify, and examine digital trends and come up up with recommendations for greater and better engagements and new opportunities for the organization

🔍 What We Look For:

  • Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar.
  • Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing email
  • A data-centric approach to evaluating campaign performance
  • Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
  • 2-5 years experience working directly with Hubspot/Marketo/Pardot/Elequa

Bonus

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Lemlist
  • HTML proficient
  • B2B Email Marketing Experience within the ecommerce industry
  • SQL experience
