Anil Chouhan has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales planning, sales compensation, and sales performance management. Anil currently works at OpenSymmetry as a Practice Lead (Sr. Principal Consultant) for Sales Planning, where they help enterprises build agile and robust sales planning systems. Prior to this, they worked at CaptivateIQ as a Manager of Product Solutions, solving customers' sales commission problems and leading implementations and process improvement projects. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Mindrose. Anil also worked at Spectrum Technologies as a Practice Lead for Sales Performance Management, where they led the Enterprise Performance Management EPM practice, specializing in sales compensation, quota planning, sales operations, and territory planning. Anil has also held leadership positions at "ITERNIA" Branding and Communication Design, where they served as the Director of Interactive Solutions and UX Strategist, leading a team that designed and implemented web and digital software solutions for US-based clients. Earlier in their career, Anil worked at Optymyze as the Director of Professional Services for Sales Compensation Management and as the Managing Director for Sales Performance Management.

Anil Chouhan has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. Anil also holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth. In addition to their formal education, Anil has obtained certifications in Solution Selling from LinkedIn and in Design Issues and Methods from the National Institute of Design.
