Gregory Golphin

Gregory Golphin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, restaurant operations, and military service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at OpenTable since May 2011, Gregory oversees the restaurant customer lifecycle for over 250 unique accounts, focusing on retention and value addition. Previous roles at OpenTable include Restaurant Operations Specialist and Product Integration Engineer, where Gregory contributed to system installations and integrated payment solutions across Point of Sale platforms. Prior to OpenTable, Gregory held a Project Coordinator position at COMPONERE FINE CATERING and served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Command/Operations Center Watch Stander, specializing in search and rescue operations. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Computer Analysis from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
