Jessica Kang

Jessica Kang is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Growth Strategy & Services at OpenTable since November 2025. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director of Restaurants at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from April 2022 to November 2025 and served as the Restaurant Manager at Wynn Las Vegas from May 2021 to April 2022. Prior experiences include roles as Restaurant General Manager at Bellagio, Assistant General Manager at ARIA Resort & Casino, and Restaurant Manager at The Mirage. Jessica began the career with Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group as a Restaurant Manager. Jessica's academic background includes a Master of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and two Bachelor's degrees in Hospitality from the same institution and Enderun Colleges in the Philippines.
